Among members of the class, some of them had come out with an idea or suggestion to compare amongst themselves their examination results. At the end of the entire agreement, the money collected would be channeled to the Jom Makan! Foundation Fund for a big feast. Here is the contract:
On the 16th of August 2009, these people had an agreement in accordance to the Contract Act 1950:
~ Wan Kai Wei (signed)
~ Janice Tan Pei Ting (signed)
~ Chong Kean Chung (signed)
~ Eric Ong Ghee Tat (signed)
~ Teoh Chooi Pheng (signed)
~ Poh Run Yang (signed)
~ Krystle Khoo (signed)
that if anyone of the 7 managed to:
- be the Top 3 student in the class
- TOP or LAST for PP, PA, Economics, Accounts and MUET amongst the 7
would have to fork out RM10 for the top 3 students in the class and RM5 for each subjects.
Accounts Statement as of 21/8/2009:
The balance brought forward now stands at RM50
- RM10 by Mr. Ong for Top 3 Economics student (Eric, Kai Wei, Janice)
- RM15 by Janice Tan for topping Accounts, PP and MUET respectively.
- RM15 by Run Yang for coming in last for Accounts, PP and Economics respectively.
- RM5 by Eric for topping Economics
- RM5 by Chooi Pheng for coming in last for MUET
(PA results not yet out)
This agreement was witnessed by Mr. Daniel Lim.
P.S: If anyone of the seven would want to defy the contract, a person is liable for RM50 fine =D
